Delivery Policy 

We offer delivery Australia Wide. We use a selection of couriers services, which are selected based on the size of your parcel and the distance it has to travel. Please note we cannot deliver to a PO Box or a Parcel Locker address.

Once your order is dispatched, a notification is sent via email on the tracking details of your parcel. Please allow 2-5 business days for metro delivery and 4-8 business days for regional areas.

Please note: These are industry averages and delays may occur during holidays and peak periods. Deliveries to remote areas are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter extended delays.

PLEASE NOTE; ANY RETURNS DUE TO A WRONG OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESS, OR ITEMS RETURNED FOR NON COLLECTION WILL INCUR AN EXTRA FEE - THIS WILL ALSO CAUSE SHIPPING DELAYS SO PLEASE CHECK YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS IS CORRECT INCLUDING ANY UNIT NUMBERS, FLOOR LEVEL NUMBER, COMPANY / SHOP NAME ETC BEFORE CONFIRMING YOUR ORDER.

 

Pick Up and In-store Purchase

You can pick up your order from our Sydney warehouse between 9am to 5pm normal business days. We also have a small showroom where you can purchase over the counter and pay using our EFTPOS facility. Our warehouse address is  Unit 6, 14 Childs Rd. Chipping Norton NSW 2170.

 

Pre-order

We are constantly updating our range of products and pre-order facility is offered to customers to secure upcoming delivery of new products. The most accurate estimated  availability date is offered, however this may change without notice. We regularly update delivery information on our website.

 

High Value Orders

We reserve the right to request for additional identification in relation to orders and payment received, particularly for high value orders. This is for the protection of the business and the card holders against unauthorized use of the card holders account.

 

Bulky items

In the case of large or bulky parcels, our customer service may contact you should there be any additional freight costs incurred.
