Love the USBBy: Rick Warren on 2 June 2017So very handy. Charge your phone or tablet and still use the two power points. And when you move the USB covers the USB ports light up to make it easier to plug in your cable. All power points should be like this.
Minor design flawBy: Jeffrey Bean on 20 April 2017In addition to the comments made by others regarding the bulkiness of the rear of this power socket requiring plenty of clearance in the back box, the alignment of the neutral and earth terminals is such that the earth connection partially screens the screw for the neutral. This means you cannot tighten the neutral screw with the screwdriver directly in line - the screwdriver shaft has to come in at an angle. This can result in damage to the screw head and/or makes it difficult to get adequate torque to secure the neutral cable properly. This flaw mars an otherwise good product.
