We reserve the right to request for additional identification in relation to orders and payment received, particularly for high value orders. This is for the protection of the business and the card holders against unauthorized use of the card holders account.

We consider the safety and security of our customers paramount, and work hard to ensure that all orders we fulfil are legitimate.

After placing an order, you may be contacted by one of our team members requesting additional details to verify your order: (below is an example image):

  • Your driver's license - a passport is also suitable

  • The credit or debit card used to purchase (showing only the name and last four digits)

  • These allow us to ensure that an order was placed by the authorised card holder and process your order smoothly while keeping our customers protected and secure.

  • Aus Electronics Direct reserves the right to withhold any order from dispatch in order to process further security checks and this can delay an order for up to 2 working days.
