Delivery Policy  

Our aim is to exceed customer expectations. We offer 1-2 business days turnaround  for processing and dispatch of  products that are in stock. Once dispatched, a notification is sent via email on the tracking details (where applicable) of your parcel. Please allow 3-5  business days for metro delivery and 4-7 business days for regional areas.

Please note: These are industry averages and delays may occur during holidays and peak periods. Deliveries to remote areas are subject to local transport schedules and make encounter extended delays.

Aus Electronics Direct use Australia Post Parcel Post and Express Post services. In the case of failed attempt for delivery (e.g. no one home to accept delivery), the parcel may be taken to a local post office or depot. A delivery card will be left at the delivery address, advising of contact details for pick up arrangement or re-delivery.

Pre-order

We are constantly updating our range of products and pre-order facility is offered to customers to secure upcoming delivery of new products. The most accurate estimated  availability date is offered, however this may change without notice. We regularly update delivery information on our website.

Bulky items

In the case of large or bulky parcels, our customer service may contact you should there be any additional freight costs incurred.
