Mega Arduino Development Board with USB Cable
The Mega 2560 is a microcontroller board based on the ATmega2560 . It has 54 digital input/output pins (of which 15 can be used as PWM outputs), 16 analog inputs, 4 UARTs (hardware serial ports), a 16 MHz crystal oscillator, a USB connection, a power jack, an ICSP header, and a reset button. It contains everything needed to support the microcontroller; simply connect it to a computer with a USB cable or power it with a AC-to-DC adapter or battery to get started. The Mega is compatible with most shields designed for the Arduino Duemilanove or Diecimila.

Great TestbedBy: Richard Martin on 30 March 2018I chose this Arduino Development Board as it has more of everything. I can now develop an 8 I/P thermocouple sensor array displaying alpha numerical O/P for wood fired ovens and then port to a more compact unit. It will remain as my testbed for other projects
Mega ArduinoBy: Paul on 9 December 2017I have used this board to accomplish things that cannot be done with the usual ATMega328 based product. Many more peripherals or I/O lines, more memory and so on make your larger and some specialised tasks a lot easier. At the price advertised at AusElectronicsDirect it is a much better bet than the run of the mill Arduino kit.
Quality ProductBy: William Stevens on 12 November 2017This development board is being used with 48 channel relays for Christmas Lights and is excellent and reliable.
Arduino Mega 2560By: Greg on 6 September 2017Installed and operating my 3D printer!
Product DeliveryBy: Stewart McManus on 10 April 2017sir/madam, I am very happy with the Arduino Mega boards delivered to me today, your promptness at dispatching my order was very much appreciated and despite Australia Posts weird and wonderful delivery times (received an e-mail on Friday saying it would be delivered on Friday). It actually wasn't delivered until today Monday. I understand that is not your fault, but it just shows how unreliable Australia Post is after all it was only coming from Sydney. Considering I ordered some parts from Rapid online in the UK on a Friday lunchtime and it arrived on my doorstep on Monday Morning. There you go. Kind Regards Stewart McManus
