By: Keith Adams on 9 March 2017After searching on the web and downloading a suitable driver for a windows 2000 OS , I was able to get the transmission between an RS232 port and USB port working satisfactorily. The small software disc supplied with the product was of no use, as I no longer have any device that was capable of reading it. It took a while with various drivers to get reliable performance, but I am now happy with my current setup and the performance of the device. Like all products, a final verdict can only be given after several years of operation. A little more documentation in readable form (e.g web addresses for download for various OS) would have been helpful.
