So far so good , i have noticed though the charge decreases in my iPad even though it is charging through the power bank at the time

Great Service

I purchased this power bank in April and it works as advertised. I found the dual output particularly useful. In July one morning after leaving it on charge overnight, I found the case had opened up and the batteries had swollen, I contacted Australian Electronics Direct who asked fro a photo to be e-mailed and then offered my money back or a replacement. I wold feel secure in ordering again from the company as it will work or be refunded.

Quality Product , low price

The power pack works great and is as good as , if not better, than product from large chain retail, but at fraction of the cost. Updates on shipping and tracking were accurate and of great assistance.
